Botox treatment
Botox treatment is a very popular treatment wordwide, because it is safe, fast and causes natural results while your look gets several years younger. The treatment reduces wrinkles while natural facial expressions remain intact. This is an effective skin tightening procedure. We use it in women and men as well.
Wrinkle treatment with hyaluronic acid
Using hyaluronic acid fillers, disturbing facial wrinkles can be removed quickly and comfortably. We use it for the removal of glabellar lines, smoker’s lines, nasolabial fold and marionette lines. Hyaluronic acid can be found in human tissues. During the treatment subcutaneous injections are performed with hyaluronic acid fillers. The results can be seen immediately after the treatment.
Lip augmentation with hyaluronic acid
Lip augmentation is a very popular treatment as well, because this treatment can increase the fullness and beauty of the lips in a natural way. The treatment involves only a few pin pricks and it could be painless using anaesthesia. The results can be seen immediately after the treatment.

Botox treatment
The botox treatment is one of the most popular and most demanded cosmetic procedure. It is quick, safe, and effective to the reduction and removal of wrinkles. Just a few small injections, and the botox treatment will rejuvenate the skin and remove the wrinkles under the eyes and the vertical wrinkles across the forehead.
Besides smoothing minor wrinkles, the botox treatment effectively stops excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis) and treats migraine headaches.
The injected botox temporarily inhibits the activity of the muscles at the location of the treatment. The surface treatment of the skin is not sufficient to the removal of wrinkles because these are caused by the activity of the facial muscles; this is why these muscles need to be treated.
The process of the botox treatment
The botox treatment can be performed by qualified surgeons only. At the medical consultation preceding the treatment, the expectations of the patient and the potential results are discussed. The botox treatment is performed as outpatient surgery without anaesthesia; in a few rare cases, the use of anaesthetic gel might be necessary. The botox treatment lasts for 5-10 minutes. The required amount of botox is administered with a thin needle into the appropriate location by the surgeon.
The botox treatment provides a solution for the following types of wrinkles:
• Glabellar wrinkles (between the eyebrows)
• Wrinkles on the forehead
• Wrinkles around the eyes
• Small wrinkles around the mouth
• “Rabbit” wrinkles of the nose
Patients can continue their usual lifestyle after the procedure.
The result of the botox treatment is visible in 2-5 days, but the real effect takes about 2 weeks to be felt. In 4-6 months, the effect of the botox treatment gradually disappears.

Hyaluronic acid (HA)
Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in the human tissues, it can be found in the skin in great quantity as it is a major component of the connective tissue of the skin and it plays an important role in the hydration of the skin. The amount of hyaluronic acid decreases by age, so, as a consequence, the ageing of the skin begins. We can compensate for the effects of ageing with the injection of hyaluronic acid. Full lips are featured as a symbols of beauty. As we grow older, our lips naturally become thinner due to the decreasing amount of elastin and collagen in the tissues. This process is accelerated by the exposure of sunlight, wind, and environmental pollution. This problem can be solved by using injectable fillers containing hyaluronic acid. The injection of even 1 ml of a filler containing hyaluronic acid yields a spectacular result. This cosmetic procedure is appropriate for the correction of asymmetric lips and the downward arch of the corners of the mouth caused by the effects of gravitation and ageing, and for the reduction of “smoker’s lines,” i.e. vertical lines and wrinkles above the upper lip.
Lip augmentation
Lip augmentation is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure that takes about 10 minutes and can be performed by qualified surgeons only. The procedure starts with a medical consultation. Following the explanation of the possibilities and the anticipated results and the signing of the Consent Form local anaesthesia is applied in the form of an anaesthetic gel or injection. The filling material is administered into the lips with a very thin needle. Lip augmentation is not a painful procedure. The effect of lip augmentation is immediately visible, but the real results take about 2 weeks to be felt. Depending on the individual, the effect of lip augmentation can last for 6 months, but its permanence is affected by several factors, including age, skin quality, lifestyle, and the quality of the injectable filler. The injected hyaluronic acid is gradually degraded in the skin. The lip augmentation procedure can be repeated and corrected several times.
Wrinkle treatment with hyaluronic acid
Wrinkles are natural symptoms of ageing. As we grow older, the skin becomes thinner and drier; it gradually loses its elasticity, and the efficiency of its self-protective mechanism against external damage diminishes. All this leads to the formation of wrinkles on the skin. Although the primary determining factor of the structure of the skin is genetics, wrinkle formation is greatly stimulated by long periods of exposition to sunlight. Smoking also might have a negative effect on the quality of our skin.
Wrinkles can be grouped into two categories:
- Dynamic wrinkles
These are the most disturbing wrinkles but the ones that are easy to treat. Dynamic wrinkles include wrinkles around the eyes, glabellar wrinkles, wrinkles across the forehead, and wrinkles above the lips. Every time we smile or frown, wrinkles appear on our skin. These wrinkles can be reduced or treated with botox treatment.
- Static wrinkles
Static wrinkles are caused by gravitation, and the decreasing hydration and elasticity of the skin. They can be reduced with a filling material containing hyaluronic acid.
About wrinkle treatment
After the medical consultation when we discuss the potential results and adverse effects of the treatment, the procedure takes about 10-30 minutes. The procedure is performed as outpatient surgery under local anaesthesia. Before the treatment, local anaesthesia is administered in the form of an anaesthetic gel or injection. The filling material is administered into the location of treatment with a prefilled syringe and a very thin needle. As a result, wrinkle treatment might cause slight discomfort. Following the treatment, patients can immediately continue their usual lifestyle.
The results are visible immediately after the treatment: the skin becomes smooth, and the face becomes rejuvenated. However, the results take about 2 weeks to appear completely. The effects of wrinkle treatment can last even for a year, but its permanence depends on the age and lifestyle of the patient, the structure of the skin, the location of treatment, and the type of the filling material. Results might vary from patient to patient. The injected hyaluronic acid is gradually degraded by the skin. The treatment can be repeated and corrected several times.
The treated areas are the following:
• Glabellar wrinkles, between the eyebrows
• Smoker’s lines: vertical lines above the top lip (perioral wrinkles)
• Marionette lines: wrinkles between the corners of the mouth and the chin
• Forehead wrinkles: horizontal lines on the forehead
• Wrinkles around the eyes (periorbital wrinkles)
• Deep smile lines: vertical wrinkles between the nose and the corners of the mouth (nasolabial fold)
Please note: after the effect of hyaluronic acid or botox have disappeared, and if the treatment is not repeated, the wrinkles of the patient will not be deeper or uglier than before the treatment!
